Beautiful living glass wall, brings in a lot of light.

When it comes to choosing a home, people desire a smart design that not only looks good but also feels good. Modern materials used in construction bring the benefits of thermal efficiency and acoustic reduction, contributing to an overall pleasant living experience. Unfortunately, the construction industry's environmental track record in terms of carbon footprints and sustainability has not been impressive, but Offsite Housing is striving to change this. We make innovation a standard feature in all our projects, ensuring that our homes are both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally responsible.

Modern materials can add so much.

The importance of proper design in the construction of a home cannot be overstated, as it has a significant impact on both the manufacturing process and the eventual living experience. Poor design and material choices often result in high energy bills and exorbitant maintenance costs. Fortunately, our extensive experience in the field has equipped us with the knowledge of what works best. Additionally, modern construction methods (although not entirely new) offer processes and systems that enhance the quality of the final product, resulting in superior quality homes.

SIP Panels construction.

Highly qualified and motivated professionals

Structured Insulated Panels (SIPs) are a type of structural insulating panel consisting of two OSB boards (typically but can be other materials) sandwiched around expanded polystyrene or some other insulating foam. SIP panels utilizing this technology are used extensively in both residential and commercial buildings, for floors, walls, ceilings, and roofs. One of the benefits of SIP panels is that they can be cut according to precise requirements, adding to the overall precision engineering of your building. The panels are fabricated at the factory and on average, each panel weighs between 50-60 kg. They are not only an eco-friendly product, but they are also energy-saving, making them the ideal solution when constructing a passive house. All SIP panels are fully certified and accredited, and all projects meet the required regulations.
